Who we are

Shindi is a Georgian restaurant founded by a Georgian couple who made Cambodia their second home in 2017. As the only Georgian restaurant in the country, Shindi offers a rare opportunity to discover the depth and elegance of Georgia’s culinary heritage. All our dishes are lovingly prepared in-house, using traditional recipes and premium ingredients sourced through various suppliers in Cambodia, Georgia, Australia, and New Zealand.
